Providing full customer satisfaction is our primary goal with all of our products. You may return defective products within 15 days of receiving them if they are faulty. We will refund you after we receive the item back from you. You will need to pay for return shipping.
Policy Validity Duration:
There is a 15-day period for our policy. Our return/exchange policy is not available if 15 days have passed since the delivery date.
An unused and undamaged product is eligible for a refund. The product must also be packaged in its original form. You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase for your return to be processed properly.

When items are returned (if possible), there are some situations in which amounts may only partially be refunded:
We are not responsible for damaged or missing parts resulting from reasons outside our control.
Returned items that are more than fifteen days old.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Whether your refund will be accepted or declined will be communicated to you. You will receive a refund within 5 business days and the credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within another 5 business days.
Late or lost refunds (if applicable): Make sure your bank account is still intact if you have not yet received your refund. If the refund hasn’t been officially published, contact your credit card company and wait a little bit. Your bank can help you. Before recovery is released, a certain amount of processing time has to pass. If after doing all of this you have still not received your money, please contact us at corpse[email protected].
Items on Sale (if applicable): Sales items cannot be refunded, only items purchased at regular prices can be. Exceptions can be made in some cases.
Exchanges (if any): If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace it. Please email us at corpse[email protected] if you need to replace it with the same item.
Change of Mind:
Change of mind is not acceptable. In the event of a broken or incorrectly delivered product, returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges:
The cost of returning your item will be your responsibility. It is not possible to refund shipping costs. Your refund amount will be reduced by the return shipping cost. You may have to wait longer for your mutual product if you live in a remote area. To track your package or purchase shipping insurance, you should make use of shipping service. Please note that we cannot guarantee to receive your returned item.

Cancellation of Orders:
During the first 24 hours after purchasing, you have the right to cancel your order. There will be a 10.00 USD restocking fee charged for cancellations.
We reserve the right to process any order during any period of day or night. We do not guarantee the cancellation of orders. You can cancel your order by emailing corpse[email protected].
Changing in Orders:
After you place your order, you can change it within 24 hours.
You cannot get the refund except if you have one of the following cases:
1. You do not receive your order at all.
2. It has not been 24 hours since you placed the order!
